You will have 2 payment possibilities:

If you have selected PayPal you will be forwarded AUTOMATICALLY to a secure PayPal page where you can proceed the payment with your PayPal account.
In case you don't have a PayPal account you will have the possibility to pay with your credit card (without having to create an PayPal account)
